If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught up in stress or anxiety, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I offer practical support to help you slow down, reconnect, and find greater balance.

Through mindfulness teaching and using guided meditation, I help people to develop simple, effective tools for managing stress, navigating difficult emotions, and bringing more calm and clarity into everyday life. My approach is evidence-based, down-to-earth, and accessible, whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice.

I offer sessions both in-person in venues across North London and online, so you can join in a way that works for you, wherever you are.
